Terms and conditions

• Amounts in U.S. Dollars
• Per night for up to five people
• $10 per additional person per night for up to 7 people maximum
• Hawaii Tax of 13.42% will be added
• Includes Departure Cleaning
• 3 night minimum stay
• $125 cleaning fee for fewer than 6 nights.
• Rate Subject To Change Prior To Confirmation
• Check-In Time: 4:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• This is a Non-Smoking and No Pets Unit
• Extra Charge If Excessive Cleaning Is Required
• Additional Maid Service Available For Fee
• Inquire regarding long term rates

Reservations:

• A Deposit of $500 is required to confirm your reservation.
• Balance in full is due 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date

Cancellations:

• Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival: $250 of the $500 deposit is forfeited
• Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date or after the arrival date, payments will be retained unless the unit can be re-rented in which case, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
