Reservations:

  • A Deposit of $500 is required to confirm your reservation
  • Balance in full is due 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date

Cancellations:

  • Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival:
    $250 of the $500 deposit is forfeited
  • Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date or after the arrival date, payments will be retained unless the unit can be re-rented in which case, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
